Travelers should carry warm clothing, thermals, fleece jackets, trekking pants, waterproof trekking shoes, woolen socks, gloves, caps, sunglasses, sunscreen, raincoat, torch, personal medicines, toiletries, water bottle, and a comfortable daypack for trekking.

Booking will be confirmed only after successful payment of the advance booking amount. Confirmation details, pickup information, and trip guidelines will be shared after payment verification. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges. No cash refund will be provided for trips or activities cancelled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternate arrangement may be offered wherever feasible. 

• Cancellation made more than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellation made between 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellation made within 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
