All travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID proof for verification before boarding. Bookings are non-transferable, and travelers are responsible for their own belongings during the trip. Smoking and drinking are prohibited during the journey. The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or sightseeing schedule due to weather conditions, operational requirements, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the advance booking amount. Confirmation details and trip information will be shared after payment verification. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only according to the cancellation terms of the trip. No refund will be provided for unused services, voluntary trip withdrawal, or absence during departure. The advance amount remains non-refundable.
