Accommodation is provided in a traditional Sangla homestay with beautiful mountain and river views. Basic facilities include hot water, comfortable rooms, local Himachali meals, bonfire arrangements, and limited Wi-Fi connectivity depending on network availability.

Booking will be confirmed only after successful payment of the advance booking amount. Confirmation details and trip information will be shared once the booking is successfully processed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges. No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation made 15 days or more before departure will attract 25% cancellation charges. Cancellation between 14 to 7 days before departure will attract 50% cancellation charges. Cancellation within 7 days of departure or no-show will be non-refundable.
